Hmmz, Out of all the blogs on Westside Story, i think this is the BEST blog ever. READ it CAREFULLY and THINK about it worz! Never read about such things before, but it makes perfect sense!

I wish to lose my memory forever so that I will always be happy…

Actually, you don’t have to lose your memory to be happy.
You only need to learn to forget.
Forgetting is an art. It is DIFFERENT from avoiding reality.
You wouldn’t be able to solve your problems if you run away from reality.
However, before you can forget, you have to learn four things.
Firstly, Face It
Secondly, Accept It
Thirdly, Overcome it
And finally, Let it go
And all these will add up to forgetting.

- facing it, accepting it, overcoming it and letting it go… means to forget?

A person has no choice over his fate and challenges.
BUT
He can choose between misery and happiness
If he makes the right choice, he can control his fate.

- If they are given the choice, why are there still so many people suffering?

That is because they choose to be miserable.

- Impossible!

For instance, since you are a genius, you should know the characteristic of a genius.

- Extremely lonely.

Nope. It’s being petty and tend to bear grudges.

- Why says so?

Haha. Genius.
A genius is really interesting.
A genius’s merit is that he has good memory, but his demerit is that he tends to bottle up his unhappiness all inside his heart.
Do you agree with what I just said?

- Sounds logical.

That’s right! We should only remember the good things… and remove the bad things.

- It is easier said than done.

Don’t you always love challenges especially against the better ones?
So who is better than you?

- In this way, I can become a happier person?

Not only you. You friends will also be affected by your change.
AND
If you are unhappy right from the start, how can the people around you be happy?
Do you understand this logic?

- Can we apply this to a love relationship?

Definitely.
As long as you know how to love yourself, you can love someone else too.

- We are butterflies in Brazil….

Hmm… which can cause a hurricane in the Statess.

“Butterfly Effect”

- When a person does something wrong, it will cause a bad effect on others.
- On the other hand, when he does a good deed, it will affect others, but it is a good effect.
- So we must forget the bad tings and only remember the good ones.

Brilliant!
We must make good use of the talents that we are bestowed with.

I think age is not the factor to decide whether you have the right to love someone or not. It is whether you are genuine or not…
