yoz tweety. hmmz, got lots to say, but dunno how to put it in words. Lets see, i am now 18 years old and i have experience really a lot the past 10years. I have also learnt a lot bout relationship etc. For the pass 3 years, i have been going back to kcp, had received many insults, hatred, unhappiness and anger from the students, BUT i have also relieved a lot of comfort, happiness, friendship, joy and comfort from them. So what have i really learnt from being a teacher? Can there ever be a teacher who is an all pleaser? A teacher whom Every single student likes? A teacher who is able to mould students and yet be well liked and popular? The answer is a very big NO. Why?
Being humans, it is always easier to stand at a side and say how bad and horrible this person is. Especially when that person has done us some wrong. We FAIL to look at OURSELVES too with reference to the pple what we say are "bad". It is always easier for us to stand aside and critise other. This includes me mind u. It is a very common flaw that we often fail to see. And this is also why a teacher can never be well liked and loved by every single student.
Teachers too have their jobs to do, their given set of rules to follow. Say for an example, the rule of no using Handphones in class. Its a rule created by the upper and if it is not abide by, the teacher would get a good scolding and a warning. So why am i talking about this now? Many a times, students use their phones in class. Be it to make an urgent call, a call to their love ones or play games. And then comes along the teacher and CoNfIsCaTeS the handphone. How would u feel if u where the student? u Might really get mad at the teacher and hate that teacher rite? But is it really the teacher's fault? u might say, the teacher can close one eye mahz. But if u were in the teacher's position, does closing one eye really do the trick to gain the liking of the students? NO! its a FALSE liking of the students. Why? Cause the students like the teacher only because he closes one eye and is lenient with them.
So wads the moral of the story? We can never PLEASE everyone! All we can do, is to do our best to help others and to make sure that it is being SINCERE. Why? Because if u are not sincere, it can be seen or felt. It is something that we can Never run away from. We must also learn to FORGIVE and to FORGET (thats wad i need to learn too..) and carry on with life. I have also learnt that it is no use to keep brooding over how others have treated me and to get upset and uptight over it.
So wads the solution? Try our best to make amends and then FORGIVE and FORGET and live life as it is. AND make sure that if we are making amends, we must be SINCERE and sometimes, it takes quite sometime to heal certain things. We must ALSO learn to LOOK at ourselves b4 we start to think that the other party is unreasonable or "bad"
NOONE is PERFECT in this world after all
