This morning

A weird feeling weld up within
A feeling of emptiness
A black spot
A black hole
When the call turned to an answering machine

Perhaps it was due to the morning
Perhaps it was due to the drowsiness
But it was certainly a feeling of none
Not a feeling or sorrow
Nor unhappiness
Perhaps a little shocked
Stunned
But overall it was blank

Funny…
It shouldn’t be so
But hey it was such
Had I subconsciously shut it?
But definitely not locked
Not sealed
Not chained

It’s the first time such a feeling has come
Maybe it’s due to the school’s workload
And stress building up
And the tiredness setting within
Due to your ignorance
Maybe also assumption
How much you know is no longer important

But one thing for sure
I have not totally shut you out
Unless you have already done it yourself
Slow… too slow…
“You think you know a lot, but you are slow in knowing”
Hence actions dun fit into current situation
